The Done Right Guarantee

The Done Right Guarantee: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. And if your EX-17 is rejected because of a mistake in how EasyPap filled it, full refund.

The service

EasyPap is operated by MED GROUPE LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 5830 East 2nd Street, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, United States. It helps you prepare your supported Spanish TIE card application yourself: a personal plan, deadlines, document lists and guided help to fill in the official EX-17 form.

What EasyPap is not

EasyPap is an independent service, not affiliated with the Spanish government. The official process is free; we help you do it correctly.

We do not book appointments, submit documents, issue any document or represent you before any authority. We do not give individual legal advice.

Information we show

Every rule, deadline and fee we show comes from official sources, listed with the date we last checked them. Official rules and practices can change, and offices may apply them differently. Always check the official source before you act.

TIE Done Right Pack and purchase options

TIE Done Right Pack costs €19 one-time for one person. The pack includes the 790-012 Click-by-Click Guide, Appointment-Day Kit, calendar reminders when dates are known, and an Appointment Playbook only for Madrid or Barcelona. EX-17 help only costs €9 and includes only guided help to fill in the EX-17 and a clean PDF download, with no guides, checklist or process support. If you bought EX-17 help only, you can later upgrade to the full pack for €10, as long as that purchase has not been refunded. The official EX-17 is free; you pay for guided help to fill it correctly.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The seller is the operator named above. Prices are in euros, include any applicable VAT, and are one-time payments. After paying you get a license key, shown on screen and in a welcome email sent through Resend, to unlock the pack on your devices, for your personal use.

Refunds

The Done Right Guarantee: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. And if your EX-17 is rejected because of a mistake in how EasyPap filled it, full refund. Applies to all purchase options. It does not guarantee an appointment, permission approval or a government outcome.

Upgrades depend on the original unrefunded purchase; refunding that purchase also ends the upgrade. A cancelled checkout may show one optional €9 EX-17-help-only offer, never selected for you. Separate license entitlements apply to each purchase.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for checking your documents before your appointment, and for meeting official deadlines.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee any outcome of your application. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country.
